Raised by a Catholic mother and a Muslim father, Adam Rizvi hails from a background of open mindedness and diverse religious traditions. From a young age, Dr. Rizvi became dedicated to studying spirituality encompassing diverse cultures and all walks of life.

Dr. Rizvi has spent his life pursuing a unique combination of medicine and spirituality.
He is an MD physician with specialty training in Neurology and Critical care medicine, and a board certified Neurologist. His education includes a Neurology residency at the University of Minnesota and a Fellowship in Neurocritical care at Stanford University, as well as a Comparative Religion major from the University of Rochester, NY. In addition to his professional medical background and university education, Dr. Rizvi has studied with spiritual masters from several of the world’s mystical traditions and dedicates himself to a daily spiritual practice and an on-going study of ancient and modern philosophical teachings from around the world.

This unique combination of life experiences, professional practice, and studies, informs Dr. Rizvi’s approach to treating patients, and infuses his work and teachings with a wisdom that comes from personal spiritual experience and growth.
