Stories of Death, Dying, and the Miracles of True Forgiveness.
For ten years I've sat at the bedside with patients and their families, much of it in the ICU, as they faced death. What I found is that fear isn't the only way to meet death. Faced honestly, it can transform you, if you let it.
The book is part memoir and part the stories my patients gave me, and what they taught me about life. What I see, after all of it, is that who we really are never dies. I wrote it for people who are facing illness, caring for someone who is, or grieving someone they love.
"All healing is essentially the release from fear."
A second book is in the works. Early days, no cover yet to show. The best way to hear about it (and about talks, workshops, and other things along the way) is the personal newsletter on the Connect page.
